With the conclusion of the construction and assembly of 300 tons, 14 meters high tripod structure last Friday March 8th was successfully performanced the heavy lift project cargo supported by specialized equipment from the multipurpose docking area to the Boa Barge 29 vessel looking forward to take it and place it offshore in the Gulf of Mexico.

This is the first time that a piece of this size was built in the Multipurpose Terminal court yards, work that has a three months scheduled program and also has generated over 50 direct jobs during its development, through the port vendors.

The Multipurpose Terminal has 13.47acres of unpaved and paved courtyards to develop oil industry specialized projects where companies and contractors can perform equipment, maintenance, pre-assembly, storage and distribution cargo during twenty for seven, 365 days a year.
