Ocean Nugget Arrival Starts 2010 Oil Rig Season At Dos Bocas Port |

January, 2010 Friday January the 15th around 3 o clock in the afternoon Ocean Nugget Jackup Oil Rig by Diamond Offshore Company Services from the Campeche Area started its arrival operations at the Multipurpose Terminal of Port of Dos Bocas. The main purpose of the Ocean Nugget arrival is perform maintenance and repair services in legs, decks and engines onboard. The contractor company is Offshore Inland, a high skilled company in offshore vessels and oil rig services. Ocean Nugget particulars are 63 * 54 * 7 meters, built in a Texas Shipyard on 1976 has a drilling capacity of 9,144 meters. Offshore inland supports their operations with a temporary leasing contract where they fabricate, assembly and perform paint jobs. The estimated time of stay at Multipurpose terminal is 35 days developing maintenance Services 24 hours a day by Offshore Inland Marine and Oilfield Services. This Project demonstrates the Port of Dos Bocas capacity in order to provide support to all the Pemex logistics operations. It’s important to mention that Port of Dos Bocas has been proving oil rig maintenance services since December 2008 witht the first two oil rig by Noble Company.
